North County Gymnastics and the Gyminny Kids was formed out of our enthusiasm for working with children and our desire to encourage students of all ages to lead a healthier and happier existence through physical activity.

Gyminny Kids is concerned with recent studies that show how "unfit" the current generation of children have become and the effects of this.  We are equally hopeful about studies that show that active children tend to be better learners and are intellectual more advanced then their "unfit" peers.  This is motivation enough to provide a safe and encouraging environment to get kids active.

Our highly trained staff of instructors take pride in running classes that are fun and exciting while also giving children tools such as self-discipline.  After all, we learn much more quickly and have better retention when we are having a good time!
