Gym+: 2 hour length, 3 - 5 years, 8:1 ratio

This is a 2 hour class geared for children 3 - 5 years old. They will do an hour and 1/2 of gymnastics, during the remainder of the time they will do a craft, and have snack and juice. These classes are offered once a week, twice a week, or on a drop in basis.

 Little Hoppers: 45 minute length, 18 months - 3 years, 8:1 ratio

This is a parent-participation class, in which the teacher teaches the parent and the parent teaches the child. Much like our Pre Crickets, students learn development of attention span, body movement, and understanding of concepts. They will learn to follow directions with the help of parents and responding to basic structure. They work on hand-eye coordination, rolls, jumping, running and much more. Our 4,000 sq. ft. red room is designed with equipment geared toward smaller hands and bodies.

 Pre Cricket: 45 minute length, 3 - 4 years, 6:1 ratio

This level emphasizes the development of positive social and emotional skills, independent thinking, body awareness, relationships, and directionality. They learn rolls, basic jumps, hops, body positions, and much more. At this level the child is mentally capable of participation without a parent. They begin the early stages of sequencing with simple obstacle courses.

 Cricket: 50 minute length, 4 - 5 years, 7:1 ratio

Development of strength, sequencing and responding to visual cues are emphasized at this level. Children learn beginning handstands, leaps, body positions, names of skills, and much more. The student can do a backward roll down a wedge-shaped mat, a seat drop on the trampoline, and is ready to learn cartwheels.

 Super Cricket: 50 minutes length, 5 - 7 years, 7:1 ratio

At this level the students learn cartwheels, basic bridges, backward rolls (on floor), basic body form (including straight legs and pointed toes), and much more. Super Crickets work in both our red room (pre-school area) and our blue room (11,000 sq. ft. with Olympic equipment) as they are almost ready to transition to our school-age program.

 Cartwheels &  Handstands: (Girls & Boys) 1 hour length, 7:1 ratio

This is the level at which we separate the boys and girls so they can work on their own apparatus. Students work foundation skills on all Olympic events and trampoline.

 Kips &  Aerials: (Girls) 1 1/4 hours length, 7:1 ratio

Now that the foundation skills have been set some of the more advanced skills start to show themselves in the form of entry level drills. They work bridge kickovers, front and back walkovers, and the beginnings of front and back handsprings. They learn basic swings and back hip circles on bars, handsprings on vault, cartwheels and handstands on beam, and much more.

 Gainers &  Saltos: (Girls) 1 1/2 hours length, 8:1 ratio

At this level students are doing/working on back handspring series, round off back handspring series, basic front & back tucks, round off style vaults, kips on bars, back walkovers on beam and more.

 Twisters: (Girls) 2 hours length, 8:1 ratio

This is our highest level but in no way does it limit any child. Our high level coaches will take your child to any level they wish and work on any skill they are ready to learn.

 Giants &  Iron Crosses: (Boys) 75 - 90 minutes, 8:1 ratio

Boys at these levels are advanced and work lots of strength. Students also work roundoff back handsprings, front and back tucks, kips on high bar, front handsprings on vault, inlocates and dislocates on rings, handstands and back uprises on parallel bars, and much more.

Trampoline n' Tumbling ( TnT I,  TnT II &  TnT III): 1 hour (Oceanside), 1 1/2 hours (Rancho Bernardo), 10 - 17 years, 8:1 ratio

This class focuses on tumbling and tumbling drills on the 50 foot trampoline, ski floor, and spring floor. Students do not use bars, beam, or vault during this class. Skills worked on include standing back handsprings, roundoff back handsprings, back tucks, aerials, layouts, full twists, and punch front tuck series. Many local cheerleaders take this class to improve their tumbling skills.

Adult Gymnastix: 1 1/2 hours, 18+ years, 8:1 ratio

This class is for adults who wish to get back in shape, get toned, be more flexible, and learn to tumble. If you once had gymnastics skills or want to learn some, this is a great way to get fit!




*Even though we are non-competitive, these levels will learn some (if not all) of the competitive routines. Many Jr. High and High School students attend our gym during off season.
