All the athleticism of a gymnastics class, the discipline of a martial arts class, and the excitement of freestyle movement. Train through all three levels to become a Ninja master. Class is broken into sessions of agility, climb, form practice and power.

Gym Plus at Gyminny Kids is a perfect solution to the afternoon blues! While you get some time to yourself, your kids get 2 1/2 hours of exercise, play, and learning in a fun and supportive environment all geared up for kindergarten readiness and playground prep. For kids 2 1/2 to 6 years old, Gym Plus is a way to give yourself some extra time in the afternoon and lots of benefits for your child. The classes include gymnastics, time in our Bungee Bouncer system, a craft, a healthy snack and an educational activity.

When: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:30-3pm
Who: Children age 2 1/2 to 6 years old

Anxious to get back in the action? Our adult gymnastic and circus classes provide a customized opportunity to flip, climb, be upside down and build strength either once again or for the first time. No experience necessary; all past gymnasts, dancers, and movers are welcome!

When: Every Wednesday from 6:30-8:00PM
Who: Any one 18 years and over!

*INTRODUCING NEW CIRCUS CLASSES* – Students will be led by former Ringling Brothers star- Rodney Van Reenan in an introductory course on circus equipment and showmanship. From juggling, to silks, lyra and presentation you will feel like you are in center stage under the big top.

An hour of basic gymnastics for the home schooler in your family. The hour includes bungees, trampoline, pit, and components of our Motion Evolution sports fitness classes including physical literacy, nutrition education and brain-body science. Children enrolled in our home school program will learn different skills on our gymnastics equipment during our non-peak hours. The program is a great way for your child to get some exercise while learning new skills and socializing with other students.
