You do not need to know everything on your first day. Gyminny Kids provides structured training through the Gyminny Kids Academy, hands-on mentoring, continuing education, and leadership development.

Hourly coaching positions generally range from $18–$25 per hour depending on experience, with highly experienced coaches and specialized positions earning significantly more. Career coaching opportunities can reach up to $50 per hour, and management positions can provide substantial additional earning potential.
