There’s also no 30-day notice required to drop; if your schedule changes, we make it easy to adjust. Coaches are not required to hold private lessons, but if they choose to do so, they hold private lessons outside operating hours, which may limit scheduling flexibility and overall availability.

Do you accept charter school funds for gymnastics?
Yes. Gyminny Kids works with many charter schools, regional centers, and fund management services across San Diego. We’re familiar with charter processes and documentation requirements and will help guide families through next steps.
Which charter schools do you work with?
We commonly work with charter schools such as Pacific Coast Academy, Mission Vista Academy, Cabrillo Point Academy, SoCal Scholars Academy, Elite Academy, Epic Charter, and Sage Oak Academy, as well as several FMS and regional support programs.

Do you offer gymnastics classes during homeschool hours?
Yes. We offer morning (preschool) and midday (preschool & school-age) gymnastics classes that are ideal for homeschool families seeking physical education during traditional school hours. These classes often have more availability and smaller class sizes.
Do homeschool families receive discounted pricing?
Yes. Many of our midday (roughly noon-2:30 pm weekdays & 11- 2 pm Saturdays, depending on location) and late-evening classes (7:30 pm) are offered at off-peak pricing (25% off), making them more affordable for homeschool and charter families while maintaining the same coaching quality and structure. These off-peak times also often offer a smaller coach-to-student ratio, giving your child more specialized instruction.
Do you offer camps for homeschool families?
Yes. Homeschool and charter families receive 50% off year-round camps, exclusively at our 4S Ranch location. This includes Monday through Friday during the school year, excluding major school closures and summer, and is one of the most popular benefits for homeschool families.
Can gymnastics count as physical education for homeschoolers?
For many families, yes. Gymnastics provides structured physical education that supports strength, coordination, flexibility, discipline, and confidence, all core components of PE for homeschool students. Families should confirm specific PE requirements with their charter.
What ages do you serve?
We offer programs for children ages 9 months to adults, from beginners just starting gymnastics to more advanced recreational and competitive team athletes. Our coaches tailor instruction based on age, ability, and experience.
Is Gyminny Kids good for kids who are new to gymnastics?
Absolutely. Many homeschool and charter students start with no prior gymnastics experience.
