kids and parents - it’s party time! KNO is for ages 3+, and we welcome all abilities. Athletes will rotate through skill-based recreation stations, enjoy bungees and games, and take part in a variety of fun group activities. All abilities are welcome as we individualize the clinic based on age and ability. Pizza included!
