Welcome to Gyminny Kids (“North County Gymnastics & The Gyminny Kids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, features, and services offered through it (the “Site”).

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Gyminny Kids provides youth gymnastics-related information, programs, and services. The Site is intended for informational and administrative purposes such as learning about our programs, requesting information, registering for classes or events (where available), purchasing services, or contacting us.

4. Program Registration, Payments, and Policies

If the Site allows registration, purchases, or account access, additional terms may apply including (as applicable): tuition, fees, make-up policies, late fees, refunds, cancellations, membership rules, and facility policies (collectively, “Program Policies”).

Program Policies may be provided during checkout/registration, by email, posted at your local gym, or within your customer portal, and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. Waivers & Assumption of Risk

Gymnastics and athletic activities involve inherent risks. Participation in any in-person activities offered by Gyminny Kids may require signing a separate liability waiver, assumption of risk, and release (digitally or in-person). That waiver governs participation and is separate from these website Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, videos, photos, designs, and other materials) are owned by or licensed to Gyminny Kids and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Site content without our prior written consent.
