The program covers both the Xcel and DP Program tracks, giving Silverset gymnastics families a choice between the more flexible Xcel programs and the traditional DP Program used in regional and national competition. Team practices run out of the Poway gym, with travel meets scheduled across Southern California and select national events in Orlando and Palm Springs. Owner Daniel Gundert, a nationally rated gymnastics judge, leads the program alongside career coaches with deep competitive team experience. Athletes join NCG by invitation after free evaluations that coaches conduct during regular class sessions, camps, or open gym.
