Open Gym Poway

OPEN GYM IS A SUPERVISED GYMNASTICS SESSION WHERE STUDENTS CAN EXPLORE SKILLS OF THEIR CHOICE IN A SAFE, STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT. OUR CERTIFIED COACHES ARE ON THE FLOOR TO ENSURE PROPER SAFETY AND OFFER GUIDANCE AS NEEDED. OPEN GYM IS OPEN TO ADULTS, TOO!

Indoor gymnastics facility with different padded areas, mats, trampolines, and equipment, with children and adults practicing and supervising.

friday | 6:30-7:30 pm

Saturday | 3:00-4:00 pm

SIGN UP

  • Open Gym (Purple Room)

    • ages under 6

    • Requires one parent per child (two children max)

  • Open Gym (Blue Room)

    • ages 6 and up

  • Walk-ins are accepted

  • $15 (unless making up a class)

**You do not need to be enrolled in classes to attend Open Gym.**

**Bungees are not available during Open Gym.**
