Open Gym Poway

OPEN GYM IS SUPERVISED BY EXPERIENCED COACHES AND IS FOR CLIENTS OF ALL AGES AND ABILITIES WHO MAY USE THE FACILITIES TO PRACTICE SKILLS AND DRILLS, EXPLORE THE EQUIPMENT, AND PLAY IN A STATE-OF-THE-ART GYM.

Indoor gymnastics facility with different padded areas, mats, trampolines, and equipment, with children and adults practicing and supervising.

POWAY Schedule

friday | 6:30-7:30 pm

Saturday | 3:00-4:00 pm

  • Open Gym (Purple Room)

    • ages 6 and under

    • Requires one parent per child (two children max)

  • Open Gym (Blue Room)

    • ages 7 and up

  • Walk-ins are accepted

  • $15 (unless making up a class)

**You do not need to be enrolled in classes to attend Open Gym.**

**Bungees are not available during Open Gym.**
