No gymnastics experience needed, just good vibes and comfy clothes. Supervised by experienced, CPR/First Aid-certified coaches, you can train on trampolines, foam pits, balance beams, rings, and more in a safe, clean, climate-controlled environment.
Open Gym (1 hour long) is perfect for:
Families with kids, from toddlers (9 months) to teens
Adults looking for a playful workout
Groups wanting something active and indoors
Rain or shine, morning or evening, playtime
Here's what to expect:
Age-focused rooms:
Red Room (9 months –6 yrs): Parent must participate (1 adult per kid, max two kids)
Blue Room (7+ yrs)
Walk-in friendly: Stop by when it suits you, no enrollment required (space is limited, so pre-registration is encouraged)
Schedule basics:
4S Ranch: Fridays 6:30 pm, Saturdays 3:30 pm
Poway: Fridays 6:30, Saturdays 3:00 pm
La Costa: Fridays 8:30 am & 6:30 pm, Saturdays 3:30 pm
Carlsbad: Fridays 8:30 am & 6:30 pm, Saturdays 3 pm
