Limited Access - Only authorized Gyminny Kids staff with a legitimate business purpose can access client data.
No Unapproved Sharing - We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except when required by law or to process payments you authorize.
Regular Monitoring - We review our privacy practices regularly and maintain strict compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Parental Rights - You may request a copy of your stored data, update your information, or request deletion where legally permissible.
Photography & Media Consent
At Gyminny Kids, we occasionally photograph and/or film classes, events, and performances to celebrate our students, promote our programs, and share memorable moments with our community.
Consent Requirement: We will not photograph or film a student if a parent or guardian opts out during our registration process. If you would like to opt out, please email or text us.
Usage: Approved photos/videos may be used in printed materials, on our website, or our official social media channels.
Opt-Out: Parents/guardians can change their consent preference anytime by updating their Iclass Pro account settings or contacting our front desk. We will honor all requests promptly.
